Want gorgeous glowy skin like Hayden's?

Heres a few SIMPLE tips that I use myself to get you started :) Have fun!

1) Take plenty of vitamins/minerals to aid the work of those already in your sysyem

KEY: Vitamin C, Evening Primrose Oil and Zinc.

Star buy: 'Perfectil' for skin, nals and hair ( Google it!)

2) Establish a solid skin care routine. I recommend Clinique for the 3 Step System. Stick to it so that your body gets used to the products you use.

3) Use scrubs to lift(literally) dead skin from your skin's surface. I use St Ives Apricot Scrub (named Britain's top face scrub :) ) I would also recommend a body scrub which will target bigger areas such as legs and arms. Soap and Glory do a Breakfast Scrub in a jar. Just Syaing. Of course we want glowin legs for the beach, right?

4) Water. Drink plenty of water to flush out the toxins from you body

5) Avoid cigarettes and alcohol. Vitamin A a crucial vitamin in the body which fights against the free radicals which break down collogen and elastin( these make your fce pingy and stretchy) The more alcohol and cigarettes you use, the less effect Vitamin A you will have in your body. This menas WRINKLES, BAG AND PRE AGEING.
